Jewelle partners with global jewelry merchants in order to provide you with the best prices, unique designs and free shipping. This means that your order may be shipped from one of our global suppliers - sometimes overseas.
Shipping Time to Australia, Canada, UK, and US:
Shipping: 1-3 weeks - Products typically arrive within 10-14 days. Promotional, high in demand items, or free gifts may take longer.
Shipping Time Worldwide:
Shipping: 3-4 weeks - Products typically arrive within 3 weeks.

Rest assured, our team will work hard to always ensure your order gets to you ASAP.
PLEASE NOTE *** Products may be shipped from our different fulfillment locations across the world. If your order contains a variety of products, your items may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at different times. Due to the different processing times and shipping locations, we are unable to combine shipments. Where possible, any items shipped from the same location with be combined into a single shipment. You'll receive a shipping notification for each shipment in your order.
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship. Once shipped, you will receive an email which includes a tracking link, or you may view the progress on your account dashboard. You will receive emails keeping you up to date on your order status. We also offer updates via text message, or Facebook messenger. You will be able to update your preference during checkout. Orders which include multiple items may be delivered via different packages.
You should not have customs fees due upon receipt of our goods. But, it's really up to the customs agents when our package goes through customs, we are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
Refunds are offered on any unused piece of jewelry that is DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE and can only be performed within 30 days from the delivery date. Refunds for damaged products cannot be issued if photos are not provided.
We will offer an exchange for the correct size or a full store credit in lieu of a refund if sizing is incorrect. We recommend that you follow our sizing guideline & chart to ensure you find the perfect fit.
Refunds can only be issued in the original form of payment or store credit.
Personalized pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged
Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt when you ship your return.
